Vacation Bible School is a week-long faith-filled adventure where children discover God’s love through music, games, stories, crafts, snacks, and more! Each day is packed with exciting activities that help kids grow in their relationship with Jesus while having fun with friends.

Help bring faith, fun, and community to life! We need adults, high school students, and middle school students to volunteer at VBS. This is a week-long commitment from July 20-24, 2026. From 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

We are looking for caring adults to serve as Mentors at various stations throughout VBS 2026. Mentors partner with and support our high school student leaders, helping them grow in confidence while ensuring all children have a safe, engaging, and faith-filled VBS experience. Each Mentor will receive a station guide to review ahead of time, and the CFF Office will organize all supplies needed. Mentors simply follow the guide, support the student leader, and step in whenever needed.
1. Sticky Scriptures Mentor1. Crew Captain
Crew Captains are in charge of an entire group made up of 5 crews, with 4 children in each crew (20 participants total). Each individual crew is led by a middle school helper, and the Crew Captain oversees both the middle school leaders and the younger children. Crew Captains guide their whole group from station to station, help with transitions, ensure everyone stays safe and engaged, and support the daily faith message.
2. Station Leader (Choose One Below):
Station Leaders are in charge of leading one activity station each day with the support of a middle school assistant and an adult mentor.
Sticky Scriptures Leader: Lead fun and meaningful activities and discussions centered on the daily Bible verse..
Rooted Bible Adventures Leader: Bring Bible stories to life through skits, props, and interactive storytelling.
Imagination Station Leader: Guide kids through creative crafts or hands-on activities that connect to the Bible theme.
Wild Games Leader: Lead fun, non-competitive games that promote teamwork and reinforce the daily message.
Snack Station Leader: Help oversee snack preparation and guide younger helpers.
Sing & Play Tune Lagoon & Canopy Closing Leader: This high-energy leader will serve as the MC for the daily opening and closing of VBS using the provided PowerPoint presentations. They will lead music, movement, and worship activities that bring each day’s theme to life and will also participate in the opening skits alongside Dr. Flutterby. This role helps set the tone for each day and prepares children for the end-of-week performance for families.
3. Floater (Crew Captain or Station Support)
Be flexible and ready to help wherever needed throughout the week! Floaters may assist with crews, support stations, help with transitions, or fill in when extra help is needed.
1. Crew Leader
Crew Leaders are in charge of a small crew of 4 younger children and work closely with their assigned Crew Captain. You will help guide your crew from station to station, support positive behavior, encourage participation, and help the children stay engaged throughout the day.
2. Station Assistant (Pick One Below):
Station Assistants work alongside a high school Station Leader and an adult Mentor at one of the VBS stations.
Sticky Scriptures Assistant: Help with activities and discussions that bring the daily Bible verse to life in fun and interactive ways.
Rooted Bible Adventures Assistant: Assist with Bible stories told through skits, props, and interactive storytelling.
Imagination Station Assistant: Help kids with crafts or hands-on activities that connect to the Bible theme.
Wild Games Assistant: Assist with outdoor games that build teamwork and reinforce the daily message.
Snack Station Assistant: Help prepare and hand out snacks in a safe and organized way.
Sing & Play Tune Lagoon & Canopy Closing Assistant: Help with music, movements, worship activities, and the daily opening and closing presentations.
3. Floater (Crew or Station Assistant)
