During Faith Commitment Weekend last weekend, Fr. Jake invited us to bring our Faith Commitment pledge cards to the altar, giving our gifts to Jesus. Many of us made a commitment of faith to this campaign. We were asked to commit to prayer or financial giving, and we are so grateful to share about the incredible response so far.

We are delighted to share with you the Farewell Pilgrimage of Fr. Emanuel Torres-Fuentes — a heartfelt journey of faith and culture to Guadalupe and the heart of Mexico. This special experience will be a meaningful opportunity to be guided by Fr. Emanuel.

We are excited to announce that construction on a new parish and school playground will begin soon! This project will provide our children with a safe and welcoming space to play on our campus, featuring new equipment, secure fencing, and a rubberized surface.

On behalf of all the parishioners of St. Joe’s and St. Joseph Catholic School, I would like to express our heartfelt sympathy to the victims of the shooting at Annunciation Church and School in Minnesota, as well as to their families.

This year’s Mass in the Park began with rain, prompting a last-minute move indoors, but the spirit of the day was undampened. We gathered in the Church for Mass, lifting our hearts in worship and prayer, and celebrating God’s presence together.

This weekend, we celebrated the start of a new academic year with blessings for our students, families, teachers, catechists, and staff members. Praying for a year of faith, leaning, and joy!

Earlier this month, we celebrated our College Send-Off Mass, blessing our students as they head into a new school year! Thank you to everyone who came out to support them. Please keep our college students in your prayers as they begin this new chapter.

Sadie, a 3rd grader at St. Joseph Catholic School, recently had a birthday, and she requested her friends bring non-perishable food instead of a present to her party to donate to our Food Pantry...

Fresh vegetables from our Community Garden are making their way to the St. Joseph Food Pantry, and the guests are so grateful to receive tomatoes, peppers, squash, and more produce.
