What is it?
A beautiful Polish tradition where all are invited to bring the foods you plan to enjoy on Easter for a special blessing. You’re also welcome to bring items to donate to the St. Joseph Food Pantry.

The Great Easter Vigil
What is it?
The Easter Vigil is the greatest celebration of the Church year, where we remember God’s saving work from Creation, through the Resurrection of Jesus, and continuing in our lives today.

What will I experience?
The night begins with the lighting of the Easter fire, followed by candlelight filling the church. Through powerful Scripture readings, we walk through the story of salvation history. It is a beautiful, hope-filled celebration that leads us into the joy of Easter. We also celebrate the Baptisms, First Communions, and Confirmation of our adults who are becoming Catholic through the Order of Christian Initiation of Adults at this Mass.
