Stations of the Cross: 6:00 PM
Celebration of the Lord’s Passion: 7:00 PM
A day to slow down, reflect, and honor Christ’s great love and sacrifice.
Celebration of the Lord’s Passion What is it? A solemn liturgy where we enter into the story of Christ’s Passion and Death.
What will I experience? You’ll hear the full proclamation of the Passion, sharing in the story of Jesus’ suffering and love. We will venerate the cross by coming forward to show reverence, whether by kneeling, touching it, or pausing in prayer. You’ll also be invited to write your burdens on red sticky notes and place your burdens on the cross in a tangible way, offering them to Jesus. The liturgy concludes with a communion service.
Stations of the Cross What is it? A Christian devotional journey that commemorates the events of Good Friday, from Jesus being condemned to death to His burial in the tomb.
What will I experience? A guided prayer experience as we move from station to station, reflecting on Jesus’ path to the cross through Scripture, silence, and prayer.
